The deal

CosmoDev (this site) is a free collection of developer tools provided by CosmoLabs. It's no-login, no-account, and runs primarily in your browser. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your data is yours

Your local profile belongs to you. We don't host it, so we can't access, sell, or share it. You're responsible for your own backups - export one if you want to keep your favorites and settings across machines. SeeThe Local Standard.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to overload, abuse, or disrupt the service or its anonymous counters.
• Don't use the tools to harm others or break the law.
• The tools compute locally in your browser; what you do with the output is your responsibility.

No warranty

CosmoDev is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The tools are utilities - convenient, but not a substitute for professional or safety-critical verification. Validate important results (a hash, a checksum, a conversion) against an authoritative source before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmoLabs is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. You use it at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms or the tools; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
